DRIFT Beach Dubai: Restaurant Spotlight

DRIFT Beach Dubai: Restaurant Spotlight

We have the pleasure of multiple sales of our culinary products to the One&Only Royal Mirage in Dubai; destined for their restaurant and bar, Drift. It is an award-winning beachfront destination where style and effortless luxury meet an understated elegance through design and aesthetics.

DRIFT showcases an innovative take on classic Provencal cuisine with an emphasis on the finest organic ingredients, freshness and simplicity. It is a culinary indulgence, complemented by an innovative cocktail menu.

In any case, whether we fly east or west, it takes the same length of time. I’m hoping one day to have a layover in Dubai and have a taste of the luxury offered by the Drift. Why not?!

The group’s Himmarshee Public House is an American-style tavern in Fort Lauderdale that turns into more of a bar and lounge at night. And Pizzacraft, in the same city, specializes in wood-fired artisan pizza and Old World Italian dishes. Attached to Pizzacraft is J.E.Y.’s hidden speakeasy cocktail bar, Apothecary.

The popular regional chain Tacocraft bills itself as “a semi-authentic boutique taqueria and tequila bar; known for tacos made with fresh-pressed corn tortillas using a recipe that has been handed down from generation to generation. Guests come for contemporary interpretations of traditional Mexican street food, all of which are made with the best available local, seasonal and sustainable ingredients.

For lunch or dinner, try the Baja fish or crispy pork taco made with adobo-chile rub, cotija cheese, charred pineapple, salsa verde, crema adobo-chile rub, cotija cheese, charred pineapple, salsa verde and crema. Oh yum, yum!

For brunch, try the skirt steak and huevos or the huevos rancheros. If you are looking for a good cocktail to pair with brunch, go for a bloody Maria instead of the classic bloody Mary.
