Holts Cafe: Restaurant Spotlight

Holts Cafe: Restaurant Spotlight

Holts Café celebrates Canadian cuisine with a European influence. Their vision for the restaurants and their dishes are focused on sustainability, quality-driven ingredients, locality, and seasonality.

The iconic café underwent a recent revamp at Toronto’s flagship store. Architect, Alex Cochrane wanted the café to evolve from day to evening, whilst shaking it up with bits of colour. West Wind is always proud to help Canadian businesses. Architecturally inspired by nature and plants, our live edge Western maple menu boards add a gentle tension against the plush ‘ultramarine’ banquettes.
