These all-natural Western Red Cedar, Western Maple and Alder grilling planks take salmon or seafood to a heavenly level. These will be a hit for any BBQ party!

Western Red Cedar is sweet, spicy, with a mild smokiness; versatile for fish to veggies.

How to Use Grilling Planks

  1. Soak plank in water for 60 MINUTES
  2. Place seasoned food on wet plank
  3. Place plank on preheated grill
  4. Keep the grill lid closed
  5. Cooking times will vary
  6. Keep a spray bottle of water handy to douse flames as necessary
